Ustreamの利用規約を遵守する

アップルのiPhoneの利用規約を遵守する
-having a show logo
放送のロゴを表記する
-having at least 1 recorded video
少なくとも1本の番組をアップロードしている（Start Recordのボタンを押し、録画を開始、Stopで停止後、番組名を登録しておくこと）
これらの確認をしてから、Ustream側は、あなたの放送をiPhoneアプリの Ustream Viewer から検索を可能とします。

２．最低一本以上の録画番組 →これを見てUstream側が上記の制約を遵守していることを認めます。
３．平均視聴者数のチェック
